Wolfowitz may have a point there. If a country does not have oil, the US will not feel compelled to assist it "achieve a better democracy" and if the US ignores it, peace and prosperity are possible.

Did Charley Rose say, "But if you think peace is the most important blessing...much better than oil, why did you architect the Iraq War?" This is exactly what we've been saying about the media! Did he ask this question? Or just let him spout lie? Why was he even being interviewed by Charlie Rose? For damage control for the World Bank corruption?
