Today we have an “Action Alert” for all voters to demand fair elections in the state of Florida. We also have another in support of Emery County Utah clerk Bruce Funk who has taken a stand against Diebold DREs. And there is a petition at VoteTrustUSA in support of HR-550. That petition has over 50,000 signatures and the number is growing quickly. The petition will be delivered to the House Rules Committee on Friday. In the bad news category we have more failed memory cards in Summit County, Ohio and now a report of ES&S not meeting dates for smart card delivery in Johnson County Indiana. That will force that county to use paper ballots (which may be a good thing)….

If wish you to condemn the system then you condemn the world. Who is your hero? I worked for several months for Milos Alcalay in 2004 Venezuelan Ambassador to the UN, He resigned his post on the basis of his governments actions. He was head of the G7: dedicated and I mean DEDIATED to human rights. (See his work on the G7). While I worked for him after his resignation I received a call from the Florida Senator’s office asking Milos to condemn the Veritech machines. He would and did. Find out about the Cisneros Group (easy google, hard to find, big boys) to Brad: don’t look a a gift clock in the horses mouth…

Trolls get a troll stroke
There is no head of the G7. Each member is a sovereign nation.
Stop stinking up the joint and read up on the subject here.
John, I wanted to bring up a financial aspect of electronic voting machines.
This subject gets at the problem of logistics in states that have a seemingly unbalanced number of counties. The county count in each state shows that there is asymmetry in the count and therefore the logistics (link here).
For example, Georgia has 159 counties but California has only 58 counties.
Georgia is a poorer state than California, but has to spend more money on electronic voting machines than does California. Nearly three times as much, since machines need to be in each county.
That would seem to me to place a financial burden on Georgia in the electronic voting machine department, the training of personnel department, and everything else.
Or look at Texas with 254 counties … little wonder they are looking for bargains … and getting into troubles.
Guess Rhode Island can take it easy with only 5 counties …
What I am suggesting is that the slow morph of counties within the states has had no uniformity, no rationale based on geography or population density.
And so some states have to pay the enormous cost of electronic voting machines out of proportion to their electoral votes.
John! Thank you for the "Action Alert" to write Utah’s Emery County Commissioners in support of Bruce Funk!
The 6 or 7 of us who wrote in support of Ion Sanchez in FL made a difference. Let’s do it again!

Of course.
I sent mine.
Ion and Bruce are true American Patriots who are not faking a damn thang.
And we are not faking our support. We are for real in our support and our appreciation for their efforts to support our wonderful, powerful, and American democracy.
And The Dixie Chics and myself are embarrased that this current Leader of the Laundromat is not an American President from Texas … or California … or Delaware … or any other American State.
He is from a very strange state of affairs …
