At no time during his press conference (?), did he offer even the slightest explanation of why or how the accusations about his caging votes were false. And he's a lawyer?! My god, the JD is filled with gross incompetents. A friend of mine read elsewhere that the effects of the incompetence within our JD is incredible, with much of what it has written not being at the level of someone trying to get into a law school, let alone someone who actually graduated from one and then managed to get hired into our federal legal system. I'm not a lawyer, so I couldn't tell you. But if this is true, we are going to be paying the costs of this infiltration of our JD by incompetents for years to come.

So with Monica Goodling, we had the "I didn't mean to do it" defense, and with Tim Griffin, we have the "I didn't do it, boo-hoo-hoo" defense. I guess that spending their school years reading and studying mostly the bible has left these clowns with a somewhat narrow perspective on things.
