   Is it my imagination, or was the only time The Shrub has spoken with confidence in recent weeks the time he spent lavishing praise on William Jefferson Clinton?

   Especially when he got on his knees in front of the great man and begged him to stain his blue suit.

   I guess he recognized Gore’s great mistake of distancing himself from Clinton and isn’t about to fall into that same trap himself.
