Vote-PAD has been accepted for use in Wisconsin after the state got a favorable opinion from the DoJ. California is now looking into contingency plans so they are not caught “with their pants down” if the Diebold interpreted code decision goes against the vendor. (Note: I have been told no decision has been made yet by the ITAs and EAC) The new Hart Intercivic was proven to have ‘bugs’ in testing in Illinois. New lawsuits are being added to the list in Pennsylvania and support for these lawsuits is growing. Action Alerts are being pointed toward legislation in NM, VA and WA. …

The Wisconsin news is very important…

Now, of course the national/state lawsuits in Arizona & Pennsylvania must go through. These voting machines from Diebold must be stopped and then removed, and finally somehow people will deal with Ohio.

But Votepad is gaining wide acceptance…This is very good.

The most important piece of news is the Lynn Lande’s lawsuit, she’s an independent and knows exactly what we’re going for here.

We need to follow these court battles into the supreme court, strike down the record, and force mandated changes in doing REAL instant-runoff voting ELECTIONS.

Once we have instant-runoff voting, the sky’s the limit to the THIRD PARTIES we can elect, and like VERMONT, change our entire government in all sorts of court approved/revolution ways…

We must end the two party system aka lobbyists. The third party is the WAY to do it!
