One wonders if all those boxes are leased by Republican front organizations.

Boone Pickens, who contributed $2.5 million to the Swift Boat Veterans http://tinyurl.com/5py53, has his BP Capitol offices in that same retail and office complex on the corner of Preston Rd. and Northwest Hwy in Dallas where the "spacious" ACVR headquarters is located. Coincidence? Maybe?

Well, that explains it. When I did a google search for
8409 Pickwick, I got pages of hits. Tried to make sense out of all these unrelated companies. (There may be some clues anyway, as some may be related). Finally figured it was one of these places where you can rent a fake office for a startup business. Turns out they're even cheaper. Or just trying to hide?

With any media coverage whatsoever, Ohio is in the toilet and the fraudmeisters spiraling along with it. We know it, they know it. Lets carry the evidence into the streets.
Everyone grab a handful of documentation and take it with you when you leave your home today, tomorrow and until the end. We've got to do this ourselves.

I applaud Brad Blog and its intrepid supporters.
I agree with the suggestion that we should all promote wider coverage of this story in the mainstream press and national media outlets including Air America, MSNBC's Keith Olbermann, etc.
But Mr. Dykes letter talking up 10,000 Democratic lawyers ---that is what we should be doing indeed. We should be fielding lawyers against every definable category of fraud, "truth in labelling", consumer protection, FEC, FCC,FOIA --you name it. A wide-scope, pull-out all the stops legal counter-attack to this kind of thing needs to be co-ordinated and initiated. I am no lawyer. I simply observe that the damndest cases find legal standing and the discovery process does put "proof" on the public record. If folks like Dyke are going to retreat to "police reports" as the only source of election disorder, then electrion reformers need to give them something they recognize and can be anxious about.

Sometimes I feel overwhelmed at how far this neocon chicanery is going, and it depresses me.
Not enough people realize there's a war going on. The Roves/Blackwells/Feeneys/Wolfowitzs/etc., are getting away with grand theft and murder, and most people think, if it was true, it would be on television. But...control the media, control the people.
The "American Center For Voting Rights" is a phony as a three-dollar bill, but the MSM will NEVER report that it is a noecon damage-control group, no different, in essense (and what an essense - phew!), to "Jeff Gannon". They're a plant/shill, to counter the truth coming out.
And one wonders how all those televangelists make millions - people are sitting and waiting to be screwed, that's how.
The neocons have got people supporting them that, in reality, should be tarring-and-feathering them, and running them out of town! It's medicine-show-barker-ing, taken to the Nth degree!
Sickening...

Jim Dyke:
" After filing more than 40 lawsuits in 18 battleground states in recent weeks, and in keeping with their Election Day playbook, Democrats are prepared to execute an Election Day litigation strategy. As soon as the polls open in the morning, their touted 10,000-plus lawyers will systematically file litigation to change the rules in battleground states across the nation and create a sense of chaos.
Before the day is out, Democrats will begin to argue that every provisional ballot should be counted, regardless of the circumstances or legality in which it was cast, thus allowing them to convert third party registration fraud into voter fraud on behalf of John Kerry.
The Democrats’ Election Day litigation strategy has three primary objectives:
Securing special rules and extensions for the benefit of Democrats in predominately Democrat precincts.
Eliminating traditional safeguards against voter fraud, including I.D. requirements and voting in precinct.
Creating a sense of chaos, with the hope of casting a shadow of doubt over Election Day.
Tomorrow, we expect to see Democrat lawyers follow the Kerry-Edwards’ playbook and pursue the following plan to pre-emptively move the election from polling places to courthouses:

Elizabeth #35,
If there is any shame felt in the MSM, it doesn't stop them and will not stop them from their present trajectory.
The MSM is something to be ignored and left behind as we more forward and move on. We need to replace the MSM. The MSM is not something that can be salvaged, in my opinion. The bottom line is people need to be informed. Whether that's through a TV set or a blog, doesn't matter. No matter how good Brad's investigative reporting is, it will never shame the MSM into doing their job. At this point I only turn on the cable news to see how retarded the coverage is and reconfirm my opinion for the 1000th time. Although Lou Dobbs, Keith Olbermann, Aaron Brown, and the ex fear factor guy are sometimes acceptable.

This is just another example of those "virtual" organizations! I wonder if Jeffy Guckert/Gannon has a similar thing going on.
The BP oil refinery, verry similar to the ENRON energy maniulation we had that incited our "recall"; just before spring/summer, the highest travel and energy consumption season, a western distributorship, this case providing gasoline for the ARCO AM/PM mini-marts throughout California and the west and the cheepest gas outlets here in California. And California, the biggest gasoline consumer with the highest prices in the nation. Glad I ride my bicycle!!

A whois lookup at the Network Solutions registrar for the registrant ac4vr.com gives some useful information. For now. (I expect this information will be made private in due time.) The entry is as follows:

But this remains a great story and raises some valid questions. Why was this organization called to testify? They were apparently created solely for this purpose, and only a very short time before the Congressional hearings. In fact, they are so new that their office is a UPS P.O. box. And the founders of this organization are clearly not non-partisan, with obvious interest in presenting the Ohio election process as valid and legitimate.
I think this shows the lengths that Republicans will go to present the appearance of legitimacy (without actually being legitimate). Keep up the great work.

Isn't it interesting how everything comes back to Dallas?
Teddy Kennedy was being very honest, more honest than the GOP and the Bush family wanted to hear, when he said that the war in Iraq was a plot hatched in Texas.
The rise of the Bush crime family accelerated after the first plot hatched and executed in Dallas in November 1963.

I will work harder every day and even buy a few lottery tickets in hopes of donating very needed "windfall" to help you beat these evil people. I will also have BRAD BLOG/Velvet Revolution flyers printed and dispersed in hopes of the curious-minded logging on to see what this site is about. Just to turn on a light for some people might help this to snow ball. As for our rich democrats, I would hope you could see this cause worthy of a large donation. Years from now we will all look back and know the great people who changed the downward spiral our country was in during the Bush years. It's funny. The right wing radio nuts tell us that the MSM is liberally biased. Okay. Then, the left wing guys (myself included) say the MSM is right wing biased (because it is). So, why doesn't the MSM just tell their advertisers to stuff it if they don't like honest reporting. I think the TV station owners and Network execs have forgotten that GM and GTE, etc. NEED television just as much as television needs them.
What we need is a JOURNALISM union, one in which every journalist signs an oath, like a doctor, stating that he or she will seek and report the truth, regardless of politics.
The commentators should be labeled as such. They are not journalists.
And, finally, what are they teaching at the colleges of journalism?
And if the right wing nut jobs still claim MSM is liberally biased, where do they want everyone to get their news?

Re #66 WHOIS results:
Peak-10 is data provider company in NC and FL.
I googled it. Found interesting link to a DKos discussion re gannongate sleuthing, specifically tracking info on GOPUSA board members. The same data provider address, etc. was found. Go to:

then search for:

Good Job reporting this story!
I have this spam collecting address megaghsodt@yahoo.ca which I used to register as a GOPteamleader.com. They send me incredible amounts of junk mail about 'helping the president' etc. (You should sign up, too, you can 'earn' free GOP prizes just for ratting out 'liberal' news media)
So anyway they sent me this email about democrat voter intimidation which I decided to read. I thought it would be amusing/Orwellian to see how they described the plight of the poor oppressed republican minority of voters.
It linked to the ACVR which was kind of their 'credible source' link. It looked fairly honest to me but then I found there was ZERO mention of republicans and only complaints about democrats, including some fairly opinion based news items. I looked at the 'About Us' and it said they were non partisan but they used this bizarre quote about a republican form of government. I thought it was strange to have a genuine non profit that was so anti-democrat and also without much evidense of grass roots on their website, no pictures of the hard working volunteers etc. So I weas quite suspisicious. Then I did a google search and turned up your news blog as #1 and the story began to finally make sense.
I guess the republicans are really feeling the heat about the voting irregularities in Ohio in the Republican managed election. So they are launching this counter spin to prevent the truth getting to mainstream. Again.
I reccomend everyone sign up as GOP team leaders so that you can get the inside scoop from the belly of the beast. Also you can do as the Sabot or General Ludd.
And remember, there has never been a need for putting accurate personal information on the internet to get an account. You do need a genuine USA address and zip code - I used the Wal-Mart store locator.
Fight the good Fight. This is a war of information, a war against sharing knowledge.

And yet I notice that you don't address any of their claims. It certainly is true that in Wisconsin Democratic Party operatives slashed tires of Republican campaign workers. It's also true that Democratic Party leaders in East St. Louis were recently convicted of paying for votes. It's also true that some Democratic operatives were arrested for calling people thought to be likely Republican voters up and telling them the wrong day to vote and the wrong polling location. You would do better to find evidence of Republican wrong-doing rather than simply dismissing things out of hand simply because it does come from a Republican group. (Even one that wrongly claims to be "nonpartisan," an old trick for think tanks affiliated with either party.)
Groups affiliated with both parties were accused of doing voter registration drives and then throwing away the registrations of people who registered for the "wrong" party.

Prove your sources? What kind of lame response is that? I have personally looked into these allegations and they are well documented in newspapers and court records. What kind of proof do you want? The proof is there. Especially when several parties have pleaded GUILTY as charged. But I don't suppose that is enough for you. It never is. I am quite sure that intimidation happened on both sides. However, just because you don't agree with the source of information, it DOES NOT mean that it did not happen.
