Why is the mainstream news media lying about this? They know what's going on, but are to rotten to report it. I think it does come to being punished for not adhering to their brand of dogma and "no no" list vs genuine freedom of expression, including freedom to ask and explore questions. It's hypocritical when a supposedly "alternative" news source practices the same kind of autocratic behavior that so offends them when others do so. "Alternative" autocracy.

She is lying, anyone can get ID from Motor Vehicle dept, even non drivers. Gun owners have ID' s much tougher (almost impossible) to duplicate. College ID's? easy to duplicate. Misleading propaganda, and inciteful due to way it plays on race.
