Hi Desi & Brad,
I see that you hear the word “GMO” and you jump to a horrified conclusion. GMO stands for “genetically modified organism.” You (Brand & Desi) need to look closer. Ask the right questions. Get a biochemist to interview who understands genetic modification. Adding a gene from another organism is different from removing a gene from a mosquito egg or sperm.
First of all, there is a difference between plants to be eaten by animals or humans, and mosquitoes.
Simply follow the money and the jobs. See what percentage of the cash flow is going to American workers in both cases: making and spraying tons of insecticides, or releasing millions of mosquitoes.
Do your homework Desi and Brad. Seek the truth. Ask questions. Find a prophet who can explain it to you. This question is related to our economy.
In Should Major US Pundits, Politicians be Prosecuted for Incitement to Murder, ‘Terrorist Threats’, after citing the landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision in Brandenburg vs. Ohio, I explained that while the First Amendment shields individuals who merely advocate the violent overthrow of the government, it does not protect speech which is “directed at inciting or producing imminent lawless action” that is “likely to incite or produce such action.”
