Gosh I hope the chat software issues have been resolved. It’s been brutally “gluey”. I’m using Firefox 3.6.15 with the NOSCRIPT add-on (highly recommended http://www.noscript.org) and NoScript detects 27 items it is blocking, including stumbleupon.com, solarwimp.com, googleadservices.com, google-analytics, fdcdn.net, quantserve.com, amazon, capwiz, blogads and the ever-popular facebook. Most of these “phone home” every few seconds and WHO KNOWS what info they are sending back to “home base” servers. You might want to discard/disable these on the website while CHAT is running during the show so these bugaboos don’t slow down the connection from your server to the ‘net by hogging bandwidth. A server reboot might help too.
