At least one military judge does:

A military judge on Monday dismissed charges against Canadian detainee Omar Khadr, saying the matter is outside the jurisdiction of the new military tribunal system.

The stunning ruling by Army Col. Peter Brownback came just minutes into Khadr's arraignment, in which he faced charges he committed murder in violation of the law of war, attempted murder in violation of the law of war, conspiracy, providing material support for terrorism and spying.

"The charges are dismissed without prejudice," Brownback pronounced as he adjourned the proceeding.

Sometimes I like to hear preznit blush talk about foreign policy (policy is foreign to him).

I listen because, if you remember that what he says is the opposite of reality, one can still grasp reality.

He indicated that Turkey as a member of the "coalition of the willing" would not invade Iraq. But now evidently they have invaded N. Iraq.

He says Russia won't target Europe because the US wants to put missiles in Europe. They will.

He says US missiles are to "defend against N. Korean and Iranian missiles". They aren't, because N. Korea and Iran have no such missiles.

WMD in Iraq deja vu all over again?
