I have the evidence right here:
http://www.newamericancentury.org/
Oh, maybe that's not the best evidence.
Yeah, Bush has been compared to Churchill, Reagan, Lincoln, Kennedy and have invoked the name of Johnny Cash. JOHNNY CASH? JOHNNY FUCKING CASH being honored by Republicans. They could only do that because his wife is dead too.
Speaking of...Laura should just shut up and stop talking about things she doesn't know. Like Science and stop signs.

imagine that, they skipped right over Hoover. Shocking. i would compare him to red ink Ronnie. i have no problem with that. Ok, Reagan could read a script but i really think thats where the differences end. Well, at least when Reagan joked that the bombs were on the way he wasnt doing so while Americans were actively engaged in war with the USSR. Not like that dumbasses where's the WMD skit he did or the obnoxious trifecta joke.
But we all know the difference between Roosevelt and Mr. Bush: Roosevelt was forced into a war by seriously dangerous enemies; Bush instigated an aggressive war. Theonly theing we have to fear is fear itself is being compared to the kiss your sweet ass goodbye administration.
Lincoln? i can hear the thump thump thumping in his grave from across the state to such comparisons.
Churchill? The man who said we shall never surrender being compared to "we can't win."
Kennedy? If that was a cryptic reference to getting bogged down in a senseless war the proper reference would have been to Eisenhower but the sentiment is appreciated.
Johhny Cash? No effing way. i assume the comparison was to the beauty and simplicity of Cash's faith exuded through much of his music. Here's the difference: for Bush faith is a crutch and a crow bar; for Cash there is a beauty and a commitment that i wouldnt even try to describe. Ever hear Cash sing May the Circle Be Unbroken? That's faith. This Jesus in my heart blowing everyone to hell is not.

I watched Laura Bush and I could not help but think what a great first lady she is. She is not arrogant and obnoxious like Hillary. She doesn't have that shrill voice of Hillary. A friend said that Hillary was a politician, not a first lady, and that is why she gets on people's nerves.
Kerry's wife is a fruitcake and Lincoln's wife was a nut.
Churchill, Reagan, and Thatcher are my favorites.
Great leaders lead, despite the polls. Anyone can lead via the polls.
Have you noticed that Republican women are much better looking than Democrat women? Less dykes.
JFK would be rolling in his grave if he knew that the Democrat Party was high-jacked by the far left. He couldn't get the nomination today. Thank you Howard Dean!
Zell Miller and Cheney should kick butt tonight!!!!!

Agree Paul.
The ketchup (catsup) lady will do more harm than good to the Kerry campaign.

I agree Paul. She shuts up like she's s'pposed ta. Like any good traditional woman, she speaks when she's spoken to.
And I'm glad Zell is speaking. He's said some really really nice things about Kerry's leadership in recent years.

Paul, stop provoking people.
"I watched Laura Bush and I could not help but think what a great first lady she is."
You would.
"She is not arrogant and obnoxious like Hillary."
Right. I forgot that strength is obnoxious.
"She doesn't have that shrill voice of Hillary."
Another great marketing idea! Vote Bush cuz Hillary and & Theresa have shrill voices. Genius! Why don't you sell these ideas?!
"A friend said that Hillary was a politician, not a first lady, and that is why she gets on people's nerves."
Wtf???????????? What the f*ck is that supposed to mean? Exactly what Jaime said? That a woman's place is in the kitchen? What the hell is the matter with you?!
"Kerry's wife is a fruitcake and Lincoln's wife was a nut."
Mmm. I'm hungry.
"Have you noticed that Republican women are much better looking than Democrat women? "
No. I'm sorry. I'm too distracted by the bush twisn and their , like , Bizarly , like, organization to like, pay attention, like, to their, like, physical appearance.
"Less dykes."
Less dykes.
Hohohohohohoohho...Less dykes.
Fruitcake anyone?

Wonder why no one commented on that treating everyone with dignitude remark with which Mrs. Bush (known killer) described her husband? i mean when he mocked a woman whose death warrant he signed, an act so nasty it caused even Tucker Carlson to recoil in horror, was that an act of dignity or did i misunderestimate it?

John,
I'd say calling Mrs. Bush a "killer" is on a lack-of-taste level with W laughing at a death warrant. It was a fatal accident, yes, but an accident.
By this reasoning, does this mean I can call Sen. Kennedy a killer from now on? I wouldn't, even though his situation was even worse than Mrs. Bush's.

Teddy,
i was making a point. Did you get the point? Not sauce for the gander. What i illustrated was that no one is publicly questioning the absurd claims of this administration and its representatives, however, if someone makes a remark in kind THAT is what is jumped on.
As for Mr. Kennedy, the conservatives have been calling him a killer for years.

John,
I'd like to point out that I have been calling them on it, though I doubt any of them have read it.
I see your point, though. And it is valid.
Never called him a killer. A lush...definitely.

Teddy,
i understand that you have been calling the right on their steamy pile of ideology and i really appreciate your remarks, though we disagree on many points. i dont see this anywhere in the media. i think thats the point. You and i, as intelligent and forthright as we may be (lol), dont have the audience of a Sean Hannity and Liberal to be named later or Matthews or Limbaugh.
