10-02-2023 (53.11 MB)
On today's 'BradCast': The first of Donald Trump's 18 co-defendants in Georgia has pleaded guilty in the sprawling RICO indictment in Fulton County that alleges disgraced Trump led a broad conspiracy to steal the state's 2020 Presidential election. Atlanta bail bondsman Scott Hall pleaded guilty to the scheme to unlawfully breach, copy and distribute copies of Georgia's voting system software in Coffee County, which was first revealed in a phone call to election integrity expert MARILYN MARKS, founder of the nonpartisan Coalition for Good Governance. Marks explains how she came to record Hall's 'confession,' what it means going forward, how MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is involved, and much more. Also today: Thanks to House Democrats, a Republican government shutdown has been averted. California Gov. Gavin Newsom appointed Emily's List President Laphonza Butler to complete the term of the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein. Trump appeared for his first day in court in the $250 million state civil fraud suit against him after a judge ruled he and his company committed massive bank, tax and insurance fraud.
