On today’s show: an update on the increasingly acrimonious fight over tallying last week’s wildly close GOP gubernatorial primary in Kansas, between Sec. of State Kris Kobach and Gov. Jeff Colyer, in which Colyer has accused Kobach's deputy of giving incorrect instructions regarding the counting of provisional ballots. In Missouri, Republican voters in Clay County appear to have elected a Hitler fan as their nominee for the state House of Representatives. Salon's Heather ‘Digby’ Parton analyzes the impact of the trial of former Trump Campaign chairman Paul Manafort, and explains how the Whitewater scandals during the Clinton Presidency may offer "a better window into the current behavior of the Republican Party" than Nixon’s Watergate scandal, in explaining the GOP’s partisan attacks on the FBI and Special Counsel Robert Mueller's probe.
