County (and possibly across the state of California) that would have otherwise gone completely uncounted were it not for her diligence during oversight of the ongoing tally of provisional ballots from the state's June 7th Presidential Primary. Tyler explains what happened -- as we've confirmed with the L.A. County Register-Recorder/County Clerk -- and how the largest voting jurisdiction in the nation officially changed their policy in determining which provisional ballots are to be included in the final tally, following the problem she spotted.
