On today's 'BradCast': On Day 2 of hearings by the bipartisan U.S. House Select Committee investigating the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol, Donald Trump's greatest con continued to unravel as the investigation delved further into the multi-pronged coup plot by the former President to steal the 2020 election and defraud the nation. Monday's witnesses were all Republicans who all made clear that not only did Trump lose the 2020 election, he knew he lost it, yet continued to lie relentlessly in falsely claiming the election was fraudulent, despite being informed by everyone - - his campaign advisors, top government officials, and even his own family - - that there was no evidence of fraud. Among other revelations, the committee reported that Trump used his Big Lie about a 'stolen' election to bilk at least $250 million from his supporters, which was not used for legal challenges but instead went into Trump's pocket.
