On today's 'BradCast': Officials in The Philippines arrested their own former strongman president, Roderigo Duterte, under a warrant from the International Criminal Court accusing Duterte of committing 'crimes against humanity' over his 'war on drugs' extra-judicial death squads that murdered as many as 30,000 people. The arrest and prosecution offers a potentially hopeful lesson for the U.S. about justice and accountability. Donald Trump backed off some of his threats to escalate his trade war with Canada, but economists are now worried about a coming 'Trumpcession.'
