On today's 'BradCast': The latest on the Trump Campaign's efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election, as more states certify President-elect Joe Biden's win and top Republicans begin to begrudgingly admit Biden's clear victory. The Dow closed above 30,000 for the first time in history, despite Donald Trump's repeated lies that the stock market would crash if Biden was elected. Joe Biden announced his national security team, while Trump warmed up his pardon pen to 'pardon' two turkeys prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. Constitutional attorney and election law expert JOHN BONIFAZ, co-founder and President of Free Speech for People (FSFP), joins us to discuss the need for the incoming Biden administration to ensure accountability for the lawless current president and his associates, including crimes that were not part of Trump's impeachment over the attempted extortion of the Ukrainian President. Bonifaz adds to the list obstruction of justice, the 'kidnapping' of children and other horrors carried out by the current administration at our nation's borders, Trump's ongoing attempted coup to disenfranchise voters and overthrow the 2020 election results, and potential crimes against humanity for Trump's unforgivable failure to prevent the unnecessary deaths of more than a quarter of a million Americans (to date) because of his negligence and lies about the COVID pandemic. He also discusses the legality of Trump potentially pardoning himself, and whether Republicans will act on their newfound concerns to enact real election integrity measures, like ending the privatization of our public elections by voting system vendors.
