Attorney General JoAnne Kloppenburg. It was her first interview since <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=8548\">conceding<\/a> the highly-contentious and incredibly close WI Supreme Court election and &#8220;recount&#8221; yesterday to incumbent Justice David Prosser.<\/p>\n<p>Given the state media&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=8524\">shamefully bad coverage<\/a> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=8545\">disastrous &#8220;recount<\/a>&#8220;, the interview may well be the <i>only<\/i> one, as short as it was, in which she was able to address accountability for the &#8220;cascade of <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=8531\">widespread irregularities<\/a>&#8220;, as she described them during her concession speech, which plagued the state&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=8545\">certified results<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/BradBlog.com\/Images\/JoAnneKloppenburg_Concession_053111_wide_med.jpg\" hspace=\"6\" vspace=\"3\" border=\"0\" align=\"left\">&#8220;How do <i>you<\/i> know,&#8221; I asked her at one point during our conversation, &#8220;that, given the wild, widespread irregularities &#8212; these <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=8511\">wide open ballot bags<\/a>, tamper-evident seals that were broken, serial numbers that were missing, scratched out, changed &#8212; how do you <i>know<\/i> that those ballots that were counted during the recount process were actually the ballots that were <i>cast<\/i> by the voters on Election Day?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Her disturbing but unavoidable answer: &#8220;At this point, we don&#8217;t know.
