{"id":7772,"date":"2010-03-29T16:38:24","date_gmt":"2010-03-29T23:38:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bradblog.com\/?p=7772"},"modified":"2010-05-26T11:30:06","modified_gmt":"2010-05-26T18:30:06","slug":"okeefes-superstar-gop-attorney-serves-him-well-helps-get-federal-felony-charges-reduced","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=7772","title":{"rendered":"O&#8217;Keefe&#8217;s Superstar GOP Attorney Serves Him Well, Helps Get Federal Felony Charges Reduced"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/BradBlog.com\/Images\/Okeefe_Basel_Dai_Flanagan_mugshots_names_offthehook.jpg\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve not heard, over the weekend it <a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/blogs\/blog-briefing-room\/news\/89453-okeefe-others-charges-in-landrieu-phone-incident-reduced\">was announced<\/a> that the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.talkingpointsmemo.com\/documents\/2010\/01\/affidavit-detailing-charges-against-james-okeefe-filmmaker-who-broke-acorn-story.php?page=1\">felony charges<\/a> against James O&#8217;Keefe &#8212; who famously, <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=7761\"><i>never actually<\/i> posed as a pimp<\/a> in ACORN offices &#8212; and his three co-conspirators in the matter of attempting to illegally access the phone system of U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA) in New Orleans, have been reduced to misdemeanor charges.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s believed likely that the agreement was part of a plea deal.
