Probably since Stewart&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=763\">last landmark take-down<\/a> of corporate broadcast media failure in 2004. The conversation here with CNBC&#8217;s Jim Cramer &#8212; unprecedented over three segments of last night&#8217;s <i>The Daily Show<\/i> &#8212; was simply remarkable.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Please<\/i> take the time to watch this in full<\/b>, and wonder again why it is that it&#8217;s a &#8220;comic&#8221; on a satirical news show who has become America&#8217;s most out-spoken, most articulate leader on these crucial issues of <i>survival<\/i> for our nation&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><center><embed src=\"http:\/\/216.87.173.33\/fvp\/flvplayer.swf\" bgcolor=\"#FFFFFF\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" pluginspage=\"http:\/\/www.macromedia.com\/go\/getflashplayer\" flashvars=\"image=http:\/\/216.87.173.33\/media\/2009\/0903\/com_tds_jim_cramer_090312a.jpg&amp;file=http:\/\/216.87.173.33\/media\/2009\/0903\/com_tds_jim_cramer_090312a.flv&amp;logo=http:\/\/www.rawprint.com\/fvp\/rsvidlogo04.png&amp;link=http:\/\/www.rawstory.com&amp;autostart=false&amp;lightcolor=0x557722&amp;backcolor=0x000000&amp;frontcolor=0xCCCCCC&amp;showicons=false\" width=\"340\" height=\"269\"><\/embed><\/center><\/p>\n<p>My take-way, though it was never spoken to directly, is that business news and business journalism &#8212; right <i>now<\/i> more than ever &#8212; <i>must<\/i> be about <i>real<\/i> reporting, and <i>real<\/i> accountability on behalf of the <i>people<\/i>, as opposed to simply cheerleading on behalf of the business community, as it has been for so long now<\/p>\n<p>Stewart is also owed a great thanks here, in that I believe this may be (or should be) a <i>landmark<\/i> moment in discussion of this issue.
