{"id":697,"date":"2004-10-06T21:24:09","date_gmt":"2004-10-07T01:24:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.test.bradblog.com\/?p=697"},"modified":"2004-10-06T21:24:09","modified_gmt":"2004-10-07T01:24:09","slug":"a-reminder-for-fake-conservatives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=697","title":{"rendered":"A Reminder for Fake Conservatives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.BradBlog.com\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/BradBlog.com\/Images\/GayMarriageNotice.jpg\" hspace=\"6\" vspace=\"3\" border=\"0\" align=\"right\"><\/a>Now that the U.S. House of Representatives has defeated the <a href=\"http:\/\/cnn.com\/2004\/ALLPOLITICS\/10\/01\/congress.marriage.ap\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Gay Marriage Ban Amendment<\/a> and Louisiana courts have <a href=\"http:\/\/cnn.com\/2004\/LAW\/10\/05\/gay.marriage.ap\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">overturned the ban on gay marriage<\/a> in that state, it does <i>not<\/i> mean you <i>must<\/i> marry a homosexual.<\/p>\n<p>That goes for heterosexuals in <i>any<\/i> state that may allow gay marriage in the future.<\/p>\n<p>To be clear: Heterosexuals needn&#8217;t feel threatened by gay marriage since there will be <i>no<\/i> requirement that they <i>must<\/i> marry someone of the same sex. That will be optional.<\/p>\n<p>As well, you needn&#8217;t feel that gay marriage is a threat to <i>your<\/i> heterosexual marriage. Such marriages will still be allowed just as they were <i>before<\/i> gay marriage was allowed.
