{"id":6495,"date":"2008-10-10T11:15:45","date_gmt":"2008-10-10T18:15:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bradblog.com\/?p=6495"},"modified":"2010-09-13T10:14:04","modified_gmt":"2010-09-13T17:14:04","slug":"real-conservatism-wins-again-ct-supreme-court-rules-in-favor-of-marriage-equality-for-all","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=6495","title":{"rendered":"Real Conservatism Wins Again: CT Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Marriage Equality For All"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Since we could use some good news around here for a change, we&#8217;re happy to highlight yet another <a href=\"http:\/\/pageoneq.com\/news\/2008\/connecticut101008.html\"><i>conservative<\/i> decision<\/a> to honor both the Constitution and the rights of all Americans to enjoy equal protection under the law&#8230;<\/p>\n<div class=\"media\">The Connecticut Supreme Court has ruled 4-3 in favor of eight gay couples who sued on the grounds that the state&#8217;s 2005 civil unions law did not provide equal protection under its constitution.<br \/>\n&#8230;<br \/>\nThe court&#8217;s decision in <i>Kerrigan &#038; Mock v.
