It wasn&#8217;t the only problem the county had in the primary but it seems to have been a large part of it.<\/p>\n<p> Tomorrow (Friday) there will be a hearing in Washington DC to discuss and take testimony about the failures in the DC primary election. How did one precinct have over a thousand more votes than it had voters?
