By April 8 ES&#038;S must provide updated Use Procedures that satisfy the conditional recertification of version 2.4.3.1. One week later they must provide satisfactory Use Procedures for version 3.0.1.1. This may directly affect 13 California counties. Has there been any MSM reporting of this?
