Amazingly he has allowed ES&S and Mesa and Jefferson Counties to run a test on their equipment in an attempt to prove his computer experts wrong. Of course, they can find none of the problems found during the testing done by experts for the state. Also today there are reports that Coffman called election officials in Denver last week and told them that all they need to do is to appeal his decision and he will probably change his decision. This all happened after Coffman met with Sequoia Voting Systems officials. Coffman might just as well have ignored the court when they told the state they had to retest and certify all voting systems. Simply amazing!!…

NAtional: As primary season ramps up, an e-voting snapshot
Are states across the nation ready for the elections to begin?
http://www.computerworld.com/action/article.do?command=viewArticleBasic&taxonomyId=17&articleId=9056098&intsrc=hm_topic

NAtional: Interview – Bits, Bytes and Votes
http://www.itbusinessedge.com/item/?ci=37489

NAtional: Supreme Court to Hear Oral Arguments on Indiana Voter ID Law
http://www.munciefreepress.com/node/18488

NAtional: Voter-ID Law Draws Political Clash at Supreme Court
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aeYa9wwihWs0&refer=home

NAtional: Voter ID: “much ado about nothing”?
http://www.moresoftmoneyhardlaw.com/news.html?AID=1169

NAtional: Our view on improving elections: Photo ID to vote?
