Dems would then <i>allow<\/i> him to be on the ballot was to be announced during tonight&#8217;s broadcast. Politico beats him to the punch, however, with their report today that the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/stories\/1107\/6674.html\">S.C.
