Now that the media has announced John Tester (D) the &#8220;winner&#8221; in Montana, the balance of the Senate all comes down to Virginia. Will it get ugly? We hope so.<\/p>\n<p>For now, here&#8217;s a far-from-complete list of folks that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.BradBlog.com\">The BRAD BLOG<\/a> feels shouldn&#8217;t concede or shouldn&#8217;t <i>have<\/i> conceded, and a few whom we congratulate for announcing they don&#8217;t plan to do so.
