Norden<\/strong>, an associate counsel at the <strong>NYU&#8217;s Brennan Center for Justice<\/strong>, as saying that adopting the DREs with a full-face requirement&#8230;<\/p>\n<div class=\"media\">&#8220;virtually guarantees that thousands of votes are going to be lost at every election.&#8221;<\/div>\n<p>His conclusion is based on research conducted by <strong>Dr. David C. Kimball<\/strong>, a political scientist and a co-author, along with Norden and two others, of a report which was to be released today by <strong>the Brennan Center<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>The <em>NYT<\/em> has more details, for subscribers only.
