And, therefore, after a reasonable request, we decided to remove him from power&#8230;&#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/news\/releases\/2003\/07\/20030714-3.html\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"mlink\">July 14th, 2003<\/a>.<\/div>\n<p>Yes, if only Saddam had let those inspectors in, we could have avoided all of this.<\/p>\n<p>History Rewritten 101.
