Ehrlich to the State Elections Board. Is this another nail in Diebold&#8217;s coffin? The fact that they have raised their maintenance charges 1000% over four years is astonishing. Also, counties in Pennsylvania are still trying to decide what they can do in the aftermath of the court decision of earlier in the week.
