The January 31 TVNewser <a href=\"http:\/\/mediamatters.org\/rd?http:\/\/www.mediabistro.com\/tvnewser\/top_stories\/sotu_broadcast_cable_coverage_plans_31670.asp\">post<\/a>, which detailed the State of the Union &#8220;coverage plans&#8221; for the major cable and broadcast news networks, indicated that CNN will feature former Reagan administration Secretary of Education <a href=\"http:\/\/mediamatters.org\/issues_topics\/people\/billbennett\">Bill Bennett<\/a>, former Bush administration official <a href=\"http:\/\/mediamatters.org\/rd?http:\/\/www.stennis.gov\/swips\/torieclarke.htm\">Victoria Clarke<\/a>, and former Rep. <a href=\"http:\/\/mediamatters.org\/rd?http:\/\/www.washingtonspeakers.com\/speakers\/speaker.cfm?SpeakerID=4153\">J.C. Watts<\/a> (R-OK).
