Maricopa County may be the &#8216;poster child&#8217; for election fraud and it&#8217;s not something that will be fixed by voter ID cards. The California SoS seems to have taken a hard-line against the Registrars as he has told them that he won&#8217;t just certify voting systems to make them happy.
