Smartmatic spokesman Mitch Stroller confirmed the company initially paid the bill but said Rodr\u00edguez later reimbursed all the money to Smartmatic. He declined to provide proof<\/b> of the reimbursement or to say when the money was paid back. Uh huh! Activists speak out in Connecticut and act out in Pennsylvania.
