In fact, according to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.davidcorn.com\/2005\/07\/join_epaand_see.php\">the full email sent yesterday<\/a> to &#8220;all EPA Employees&#8221;, it looks as if <i>all<\/i> Government agencies are now being encouraged to send their employees to do Iraq&#8217;s work. Luna, Assistant Administrator<br \/>\nfor Administration and Resources Management<br \/>\nTO: All EPA Employees<\/p>\n<p>The United States is currently supporting the Iraqi people as they build new essential services, their economy, and other government and political institutions.
