[<em>Audio link to full show follows this summary.<\/em>]\n<p>Among our coverage today&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Disgraced 2020 election denier, former Mesa, <b>Colorado<\/b> County Clerk and failed Republican Sec. of State candidate <b>Tina Peters<\/b> was <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/tina-peters-election-computer-breach-8a171657321dd595dfd2dd81e0a0a848\">found guilty<\/a> by a jury of her peers on Monday for seven crimes related to her 2021 breach, copy and unlawful distribution of Mesa County&#8217;s proprietary Dominion voting system software that she was elected to protect.\n<p><i>BACKSTORY<\/i>: Peters&#8217; breach in CO, which <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=13969\">set off alarm bells<\/a> at the time among voting system experts across the country, was one of several similar schemes apparently organized, in part, <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=14818\">by former Trump attorney <b>Sidney Powell<\/b><\/a> in a futile effort to prove the 2020 election was stolen from him. Similar breaches were carried out in <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=14798\"><b>Georgia<\/b><\/a>, <b>Michigan<\/b> and <b>Pennsylvania<\/b>, where some of the breachers are also facing state criminal charges. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/investigations\/2023\/04\/20\/mike-lindell-prove-wrong-contest\/?pwapi_token=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJzdWJpZCI6IjMwMTE0MTMiLCJyZWFzb24iOiJnaWZ0IiwibmJmIjoxNjgxOTYzMjAwLCJpc3MiOiJzdWJzY3JpcHRpb25zIiwiZXhwIjoxNjgzMjU\">Deadbeat<\/a> fellow election denier and reportedly nearly bankrupt MyPillow CEO <b>Mike Lindell<\/b>, who is being <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dominionvoting.com\/latest-news-dominion-files-defamation-suit-against-mike-lindell-and-mypillow\/\">sued for defamation<\/a> by several voting machine companies, aided and abetted Peters&#8217; crimes in various ways after the Mesa County voting software was released <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=13962\">while she was on stage at Lindell&#8217;s silly &#8220;cyber-symposium&#8221;<\/a> in <b>South Dakota<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Former-Democrat-turned-independent Presidential candidate <b>Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.<\/b> was found by a <b>New York<\/b> judge on Monday to have <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/kennedy-rfk-jr-ballot-new-york-residency-faaf0c8d7638cdfcdbe3c4eb7b542eef\">used a &#8220;sham&#8221; address<\/a> to establish residency in the state where he doesn&#8217;t actually live. As a result, after a four-day hearing, he will not be allowed to appear on NY&#8217;s Presidential ballot. Moreover, the ruling may threaten his eligibility for some of the 19 state ballots where he has already qualified to appear and\/or the 20 or so states where he is still hoping to do so.\n<p><i>BACKSTORY<\/i>: <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=8565\">Back in 2011<\/a>, we reported on then <b>Utah<\/b> U.S. Senate candidate <b>Mitt Romney<\/b> having done damn near the same thing. He had owned mansions in both <b>New Hampshire<\/b> and <b>California<\/b>, but, in 2010, he fraudulently registered to vote for a U.S. Senate Special Election in <b>Massachusetts<\/b>, where he had previously served as Governor, using his son&#8217;s unfinished basement as his voting address. Nonetheless, despite their pretend opposition to election fraud, the Republican Party would <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=9397\">later<\/a> go on to nominate the fraudster Romney as their Presidential nominee in 2012.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Longtime opponents of workers and organized labor unions, <b>Donald Trump<\/b> and Tesla\/Twitter owner <b>Elon Musk<\/b>, held what the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/08\/13\/technology\/elon-musk-x-donald-trump.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share&#038;referringSource=articleShare&#038;sgrp=c-cb\"><i>New York Times<\/i> described<\/a> as a &#8220;two-hour ramble&#8221; on Monday night, on Musk&#8217;s rickety, now largely rightwing social media site. It didn&#8217;t seem to go well for either of them. It began about 45 minutes late after Musk&#8217;s streaming audio platform kept failing. (He blamed a cyberattack. Trump blamed China. Evidence and folks who work at Twitter\/X <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2024\/8\/12\/24219121\/donald-trump-elon-musk-interview-x-twitter-crashes\">suggested<\/a> there was no cyberattack at all.) But, at some point in the conversation, Trump and Musk began cackling approvingly about the idea of firing workers who threaten to strike or join unions. On Tuesday, the <strong>United Auto Workers<\/strong>, who have been encouraging Tesla workers to unionize, <a href=\"https:\/\/uaw-newsroom.prgloo.com\/press-release\/uaw-files-federal-labor-charges-against-donald-trump-and-elon-musk-for-attempting-to-intimidate-and-threaten-workers\">filed legal complaints<\/a> against each man charging violations of the National Labor Relations Act.\n<p><i>BACKSTORY<\/i>: The UAW, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailykos.com\/stories\/2024\/8\/13\/2262890\/-Trump-and-Musk-may-be-in-hot-water-after-disastrous-X-interview?pm_campaign=front_page&#038;pm_source=top_news_slot_4&#038;pm_medium=web\">almost every other major labor union<\/a>, has endorsed <b>Kamala Harris<\/b> in the 2024 election.
