Among the <i>many<\/i> covered today&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An obnoxious <b>Fox &#8220;News&#8221;<\/b> chyron describing President <b>Joe Biden<\/b> as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/donald-trump\/fox-news-chyron-refers-president-biden-wannabe-dictator-rcna89318\">&#8220;wannabe dictator&#8221;<\/a> on the day of <b>Donald Trump<\/b>&#8216;s federal arraignment on 37 criminal felony counts (and their ham-fisted <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/therecount\/status\/1669082053722140676?s=46&#038;t=WpvzoJwlg9zPDuog4jiOGw\">crocodilian &#8220;cover up&#8221;<\/a> thereafter) offers a telling illustration of how the <b>Trump Mind Virus<\/b> has been implanted into the poisoned brains of his cult followers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/senate\/4043338-senate-gop-leaders-break-with-house-on-trump-indictment\/\">faintest<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/mike-pence-reverses-stance-trumps-indictment-1806618\">cracks<\/a> may be emerging in the otherwise seemingly solid GOP support for their disgraced, criminal defendant former President, including an unmistakable <b>plunge of some 15 points<\/b> for Trump in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/donald-trump-support-drops-republicans-arrest-1806311\">Ipsos\/Reuters polling<\/a> among Republicans from April to June.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Rex Huppke<\/b>&#8216;s hilarious and brilliantly spot-on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/opinion\/columnist\/2023\/06\/11\/trump-indictment-classified-documents-evidence-accountability\/70307577007\/\">&#8220;I don&#8217;t want to live in a country where Trump could be held accountable,&#8221;<\/a> further dismantles the absurd claims by those with the Trump Mind Virus that we have a &#8220;two-tiered justice system&#8221; because Trump is being held accountable for crimes  that neither <b>Joe Biden<\/b> nor <b>Hillary Clinton<\/b> ever actually committed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The attorney for 2016 Russian election interference whistleblower <b>Reality Winner<\/b>, however, has a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/allinwithchris\/status\/1669144195058003968\">few thoughts<\/a> on our <i>actual<\/i> two-tiered justice system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>After stunningly good decisions last week protecting both the <a href=\"https:\/\/slate.com\/news-and-politics\/2023\/06\/john-roberts-brett-kavanaugh-save-voting-rights-act.html\">Voting Rights Act<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commonwealthfund.org\/blog\/2023\/us-supreme-court-preserves-medicaid-beneficiaries-rights\">Medicaid<\/a>, the otherwise-corrupted <b>U.S. Supreme Court<\/b> did it again today, with a 7 to 2 ruling <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/supreme-court-native-american-children-adoption-8eee3db1e97cee84a7fdcd98d43df795\">upholding the Indian Child Welfare Act<\/a>, with <b>Amy Coney Barrett<\/b>(!) writing the opinion that rejects &#8220;all of petitioners&#8217; challenges to the statute&#8221;.  Still to come by the end of the month, however: SCOTUS rulings on Affirmative Action in college admissions; the <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=14317\">Independent State Legislature theory<\/a> decision that could wreak utter havoc in the 2024 Presidential election; and whether they will deign to allow Biden to waive up to $20,000 for each federal student loan borrower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>We&#8217;ve also had some very good news from the lower federal courts as well in recent weeks, including a U.S. District Court judge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/federal-judge-rejects-tennessee-drag-show-ban-unconstitutional-2023-06-03\/\">rejecting<\/a> <b>Tennessee<\/b>&#8216;s Republican Gov. <b>Bill Lee<\/b>&#8216;s attempt to stifle free speech by unconstitutionally banning drag shows, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/transgender-health-desantis-florida-033556c6a4c301d9ad342c74a6410800\">temporary injunction<\/a> on portions of <b>Florida<\/b>&#8216;s Republican Gov. <b>Ron DeSantis<\/b>&#8216; <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=14683\">unspeakably cruel<\/a> law that places his state&#8217;s Big Government between doctors and medically necessary treatments for trans children. That, in a state where DeSantis laughably ran for reelection last year with the slogan &#8220;Freedom Lives&#8221; in Florida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Of course, as we&#8217;ve learned since 2016, for GOP American Idiots infected with the Trump Mind Virus, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/ideas\/archive\/2018\/10\/the-cruelty-is-the-point\/572104\/\">&#8220;The Cruelty is the Point&#8221;<\/a>. They seem to think it will somehow help them gain or hold power. <b>Illinois<\/b>&#8216; Democratic Gov. <b>J.B. Pritzker<\/b>, however, in his Commencement Address at Northwestern University this week, has some <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GovPritzker\/status\/1668399578155024384\">helpful advice<\/a> on how to spot an idiot. (Hint: Their cruelty is a dead giveaway.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Finally, Desi Doyen joins us for <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=14694\">our latest <i>Green News Report<\/i><\/a>, with troubling news for the Summer on both sides of the <b>Canadian border<\/b> and in <b>Texas<\/b>.
