Also for being less than willing to cop to it.<\/p>\n<p>Small point or not, we appreciate Morgan&#8217;s attention to detail, accuracy and potentially misleading information&#8230;At least in stories written by <i>others<\/i>. If only she held herself to the same strict standards.<\/p>\n<p>In her own now-ironic words of just three months ago&#8230;<\/p>\n<div class=\"media\">Sometimes it&#8217;s hard to set the record straight. <\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s because it&#8217;s hard for some people to admit mistakes.<br \/>\n&#8230;<br \/>\nIn this world of journalism, seems to me we are getting awfully thin of skin when we cannot admit we made a mistake.<\/p>\n<p>We all make them.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Indeed. It remains to be seen how thick Ms. Morgan&#8217;s skin truly is. Though a full read of the article from which we quoted above might come as a stunning surprise to those who read <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/archives\/00001314.htm\">our full piece yesterday<\/a> on Morgan&#8217;s reportorial transgressions on her blown Clint Curtis scoop.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps, as she mentioned while snipping at us on the phone (see <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/archives\/00001314.htm\">the previous article<\/a>) she really <i>does<\/i> have &#8220;two heads&#8221; after all. One for pondering the sins of others, and one for ignoring her own.<\/p>\n<p>As well, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.BradBlog.com\">BRAD BLOG<\/a> reader just sent us <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sptimes.com\/INCLUDE\/specials\/standards\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">a link to the <i>SP Times<\/i> &#8220;Standard of Accuracy&#8221; page<\/a> which lists a few interesting thoughts and adds that one should contact Paul Tash, Editor and president at (727) 892-2231 or <a href=\"mailto:Timespresident@sptimes.com\">Timespresident@sptimes.com<\/a> with any concerns.
