The piece covered the way in which Russia&#8217;s <i>Pravda<\/i> wondered aloud, &#8220;Did Bush fix the election&#8221;?<\/p>\n<p>Just over two weeks later, Ukraine&#8217;s own fixed election, and the Bush administration&#8217;s infuriatingly hypocritical outrage brought more condemnation from <i>Pravda<\/i>, this time as they chastised the American administration for having the gall to question anyone <i>else&#8217;s<\/i> election after our own &#8212; which was even more askew than Ukraine&#8217;s. Our item headlined <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/archives\/00000991.htm\">&#8220;Home to Roost &#8211; or, Democracies That Live in Glass Houses&#8221;<\/a> covered the continuing degradation in esteem from our once-promising Russian ally.<\/p>\n<p>And today, it&#8217;s <i>The Moscow Times<\/i> who joins the World&#8217;s America Hating Party in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.themoscowtimes.com\/stories\/2005\/04\/08\/120.html\" target=\"_blank\">a damning article<\/a> suggesting the game is over and the forces of Democracy in the previously-Free World have lost.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>UPDATE:<\/b> Chris Floyd&#8217;s column <\/i>The Big Fix<i>, which was published in <\/i>The Moscow Times<i>, is now available to subscribers only, but you can read it on Chris&#8217; blog. Click <a href=\"http:\/\/empireburlesquenow.blogspot.com\/2005\/04\/big-fix.html\" target=\"\">here<\/a>.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Unlike their compatriots in the American Media, <i>The Times<\/i> covers the Clint Curtis story in their article by way of referencing much of what <a href=\"http:\/\/www.BradBlog.com\">The BRAD BLOG<\/a> has reported on that sorry affair. They&#8217;ve even beaten the American Media at reporting on the latest Baker Commission Blue-Ribbon &#8220;Election Reform&#8221; <i>fix<\/i> which America can now look forward to &#8212; even if they&#8217;re not paying attention &#8212; unless <a href=\"http:\/\/velvetrevolution.us\/content\/electoralreform\/BakerCarterComm_PressRelease_033005.php\" target=\"_blank\">something is done about it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The rest of the world recognizes news, and what it may mean for this country and the world. Even if the American Media does not.<\/p>\n<p>Though that may change a bit over the next few days as a major American Newspaper may indeed be jumping into the Clint Curtis fray.
