[<i>Audio link to today&#8217;s program is posted below.<\/i>]\n<p>Among the breaking news stories covered on today&#8217;s program&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After Hillary Clinton wins the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/politics\/onpolitics\/2016\/11\/08\/midnight-new-hampshire-voting\/93455396\/\">first<\/a> contest of Election Day&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Broken voting machines, electronic pollbooks and shamefully long <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=11916\">lines<\/a> are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.13newsnow.com\/ext\/news\/nation-now\/as-millions-vote-thousands-monitor-polls-for-problems\/291\/nationnow\/1yvcHOMZWkAcmcGuUKm6qi\">reported<\/a> in parts of <a href=\"https:\/\/thinkprogress.org\/arizona-voters-demand-justice-department-keep-polls-open-late-tonight-ebcf3fc0057a#.oocabq9tp\">Arizona<\/a>, New York, North Carolina, Illinois, Kentucky, Texas, Ohio and elsewhere.<\/li>\n<li>Misinformation about ID needed to vote and polling place closing times and registration requirements in a number of states is being <a href=\"https:\/\/projects.propublica.org\/electionland\/national\/what-we-know-so-far\/\">reported<\/a> as well.<\/li>\n<li>North Carolina&#8217;s NAACP <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2016\/11\/08\/politics\/north-carolina-durham-county-glitch\/index.html?sr=twCNN110816north-carolina-durham-county-glitch0827PMStoryLink&#038;linkId=30943435\">calls for<\/a> poll hours to be extended in Durham County.<\/li>\n<li>A judge in Nevada firmly <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rgj.com\/story\/news\/politics\/2016\/11\/08\/trump-files-nevada-lawsuit-over-early-voting\/93484116\/\">rejects<\/a> the Trump campaign&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/2016\/11\/08\/politics\/nevada-voting-lawsuit-donald-trump\/\">claim<\/a> that polls were improperly left open during Early Voting over the weekend (in Hispanic areas.)<\/li>\n<li>The woeful Governor of Maine Paul LePage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/grade-point\/wp\/2016\/11\/07\/maine-gov-lepage-accused-of-voter-intimidation-after-he-says-college-students-must-establish-residency-to-vote\/\">lies about<\/a> student voting requirements in his state, hoping to intimidate them, after fliers are posted at a local college doing the same.<\/li>\n<li>An Idaho county elections office also wildly <a href=\"https:\/\/approachingjustice.net\/2016\/11\/06\/voter-intimidation-against-byu-idaho-students\/\">misleads<\/a> to discourage student voting.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/realdonaldtrump\/status\/796102093727793152\">Trump<\/a> and his campaign <a href=\"https:\/\/thinkprogress.org\/arizona-voters-demand-justice-department-keep-polls-open-late-tonight-ebcf3fc0057a#.oocabq9tp\">misinform<\/a> voters.<\/li>\n<li>Rightwing disinformation expert and dirty trickster James O&#8217;Keefe <a href=\"https:\/\/projects.propublica.org\/electionland\/national\/james-o-keefe-posts-video-of-totally-legal-voting-activity\/\">pretends<\/a> to find &#8220;voter fraud&#8221;
