And my only regret is that the United States is not able to have standing under that treaty because we have not acceded to it <\/b>yet. Increase energy efficiency in the industry, buildings, and transport sectors.<br \/>\n2. Gradually phase out fossil fuel subsidies to end-users by 2030.<br \/>\n5.
