BlackRock Inc. cut its holdings in Walter Energy Inc. to 2.1 percent of the company&#8217;s common shares, according to a filing with securities regulators last week. In January 2014, it held 5.8 percent. Increase investment in renewable energy technologies in the power sector from $270 billion in 2014 to $400 billion in 2030.<br \/>\n4. Gradually phase out fossil fuel subsidies to end-users by 2030.<br \/>\n5.
