If you didn&#8217;t catch this in our laugh-out-loud <a href=\"https:\/\/bradblog.com\/?p=11097\"><i>Green News Report<\/i> on Thursday<\/a> (or even if you did), here&#8217;s the full high-larious video of Brian Koon, Director of Florida&#8217;s Div. of Emergency Management, trying and <i>trying<\/i> not to say the words &#8220;climate change&#8221; as he faces questioning from state Sen. Jeff Clemens (D)&#8230;and is roundly laughed at and mocked by pretty much everybody present&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe width=\"450\" height=\"253\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5hMCevgPGjY?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/center><\/p>\n<p>The hilarity above comes after four former FL Dept. of Environmental Protection (DEP) employees claimed that the state <a href=\"http:\/\/fcir.org\/2015\/03\/08\/in-florida-officials-ban-term-climate-change\/\">banned the official use of words like &#8220;climate change,&#8221; &#8220;global warming,&#8221; &#8220;sea level rise,&#8221;<\/a> etc., after Gov. Rick Scott (R) first came to office in 2009.  State officials <a href=\"http:\/\/fcir.org\/2015\/03\/11\/as-gov-scott-denies-ban-climate-change-order-reported-at-other-agencies\/\">have denied it<\/a>, but it appears it was a spoken policy rather than a written one.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, a <i>current<\/i> DEP employee has claimed that he was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/environment\/2015\/mar\/19\/florida-employee-forced-on-leave-climate-change\">put on leave and <i>required to undergo a mental exam<\/i><\/a> after sharing his views on climate change in one of the states likely to be most affected by it.
