Oh, gosh. How awful. How totally awful. JetBlue legitimizes (O'Reilly's word choice, not mine) free speech, by supporting a progressive free speech website, while Fox legitimizes b/c administration lies, lies that result in the invasion of a nation that never attacked us, and the resulting deaths of tens of thousands of innocent civilians, and the deaths of (what is it now?) about 3,500 U.S. servicepeople? Not to mention the hundreds of thousands of people left limbless, functionless, familyless, and otherwise destroyed. OK. I think I get it now. According to O'Reilly, supporting free speech, and all that it entails, is wrong, is anti-American,, while enabling the senseless death and destruction by the b/c administration is right, is oh so patriotic.

Would somebody please expose O'Reilly for what he really is, expose his hypocrisy, to his "fans?"

My concern is not so much propagandists like O'Reilly, Hannity, and Limbaugh, it is about the great masses that buy this propaganda as truth.

If you see a nutcase spewing venom on a soapbox in the middle of town, you tend to pay him no mind. If you see he's gathered a large crowd of people who think his rap isn't bullshit, you need to question the motives and intelligence of the general gathering.

It's people like this who have made a rich man out of Bill O'Reilly, instead of him being just another Coulter on a soapbox. They play to people's greed, bigotry, and selfishness for great profit.

O'Reilly is simply tuning in to America's newfound hatred of right-wingers.

After the last seven years, just about everyone in the country, if not the world, hates Republicans with a near-homicidal fury. The children of Republicans are getting beaten up at school. Their cars are being vandalized, their property destroyed. People are punching them out in the street. It's kind of funny, really.

btw, I LOVE JETBLUE!!! I have flown JetBlue on numerous occasions. It is a very fine airline, started up by a very happening, progressive-thinking guy. JetBlue's support of a progressive website will cause me to go out of my way to fly JetBlue. And the fact that O'Reilly will not be sitting next to me makes JetBlue even more appealing.

It now flies out of both SFO and Oakland, for any Bay Area passengers who may be interested. Their flight attendants are pleasant and friendly, the on-board accommodations are completely fine, and I always get a kick out of the communications the pilots have with the passengers. It's apparent that the people who work for JetBlue are happier in many ways than the people working for other airlines.

AND JETBLUE'S EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE RATES WILL MAKE IT MORE POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO SPEND MONEY AT YOUR DESTINATION ON MORE FUN THINGS THAN JUST SITTING ON A JET!

The one good thing about Billy's rant against Kos is that it will attract a bunch of angry righties to dailykos.com looking for a fight...and there won't anybody to fight against.

Daily Kos is the best-organized, most civilized political website I've seen. Guests are treated with complete fairness as long as they remain civil. Logical, evidence-supported arguments are never rejected. Can the right wingers say that about ANY of their sites?

I've visited a few of them, and I found that they were like festering sores of angry, ignorant people who could not bear to hear anything not blessed by their autocratic leaders. There's nothing fair about right wing sites, nor anything balanced.

And there's no variety, either. Rightie sites are incredibly boring. They have an iron-clad political agenda, and that's all they want to talk about.
